The Hideaway Rental Policies

General

The HideAway unit is for 2 persons maximum, including children. There are no pets of any kind allowed. Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 11am.

A late check-out may be requested but is not guaranteed nor should be expected. 

There is no smoking on the property.

Guests must use the outdoor shower to rinse off sand prior to entering The Hideaway.

Cancellation Policies

30+ days from your scheduled reservation, 100% refund minus a 5% administration fee.
8-29 days from your scheduled reservation, 80% refund.

7 days or less, 50% Refund.

Damage Policies

Beach passes must remain at the rental unit after departure. A $200 fee will be applied for any lost beach pass. 

A $100 fee may be charged for a lost key. Please be sure to leave the key on the bureau prior to departure.

The HideAway reserves the right to charge a damage fee (minimum of 25% your total rental paid, maximum to be determined) if any item inside, or structurally, occurs to our property.

Security Deposit

A $200 refundable security deposit is charged on every booking. Upon checkout, and assuming no damage is incurred (or beach passes or beach towels lost) the $200 will be fully refunded. Please allow 4 business days for this refund to appear on your credit card.

Taxes

8% tax is collected on each booking per the requirement of the state of Rhode Island.
